Your employer is participating in a program to encourage ridesharing by
guaranteeing you free transportation home in case of an emergency.
For example, would you like to join a carpool, but are afraid of being
stranded at work?
Please read the following program description and click "I accept" to

How does the program work?
When you need the service, just call the assigned taxi or rental car agency
listed on your instruction packet, noting the account number (if any) on your
membership card. If your destination is less than 10 miles away, a taxi
picks you up within 30 minutes and takes you where you need to go. The
program pays for the fare and the tip. If your destination is more than 10
miles away, a car is rented and brought to you within 30 minutes. You can
use it without charge and are responsible for returning the car to the
rental center within 24 hours and replacing any fuel that you used.
If you are eligible for the program, the service can be used a maximum of 2 to 6 times per year (refer to your guideline package). Employees must be enrolled in the program and must have the membership card in their possession in order to use the service.
I understand the guidelines of the Guaranteed Ride Home Program and qualify by using an alternative mode of travel to work, other than driving alone, a minimum of two days per week. I understand that incorrect use of this service will result in my responsibility for reimbursement of the expenses incurred and possible restriction from using the service again.
